PASSPORT INSTRUCTIONS GUIDELINE.

 Please don’t book travel until you’ve received your new passport, as we can’t accept responsibility for any travel that you book. 

A.      Adult (Over 18) Applicants, Renewal of Pakistan Passport

  1. Original Latest Pakistani Passport with photocopy of first two pages.
  2. Original Valid NADRA Card (NICOP) with one photocopy. In case Nadra Card expired /misplaced please renew Nadra card before applying for passport.
  3. In case the applicant is not holding /entitled British Passport then UK valid Visa /UK Valid E-visa print out with all details on it included status expiry date of visa.
  4. Dual Nationals are required to bring their British or any other dual nationality passport along with its photocopy.
  5. Pakistani Government employees are required to produce original Dismissal /Removal from Govt. Service order / original NOC issued within the last six months’ days by their respective Ministries / Divisions / Departments. Dismissal /Removal order/ NOC will be verified for the concerned authority/ Department before issuance of Passport
  6. If an applicant is over 18, never had a Pakistan Passport (not in possession of any Pakistani Passport born in the UK or Pakistan). Applying for first Pakistan Passport, his/her application will be referred for National Status verification to the security Agency in Pakistan. Passport will be issued after verification from the security agency in Pakistan.
  7. For any kind of modification/Changes in your passport, please revise your Nadra Card first from NADRA section and then apply for Pakistan Passport along with the revised Nadra Card after getting an online appointment.
  8. Please Note. Machine readable passports will only be issued to the Manual (handwritten) Lost Passport after the verification of Lost Passport from the Issuing authority in Pakistan or Abroad.
  9. Married female applicants are required to produce original CNIC / NICOP/Smart National ID Card containing their husband's name. They would otherwise be required to get their Nadra Card modified in accordance with their marital status before applying for Passport.

 

B.     First Pakistan Passport for over 18 years Born in the UK or Pakistan (Never had a Pakistan Passport.)

  1. Original & Photocopy Detailed Full Birth Certificate both parents' names on it. (One Copy)
  2. Original and Photocopy of valid Nadra Card (NICOP). (One Copy)
  3. Original & Photocopy valid British Passport of the applicant. (One Copy)
  4. Original & photocopy of Pakistan Passports & ID cards of both parents. One Copy)
  5. Family Registration certificate (FRC) from Nadra section. You may need a separate appointment to make FRC through the website.https://www.pakistanconsulatebradford.com/BookAppointment. 
  6. If an applicant never had a Pakistan Passport (not in possession of any Pakistani Passport born in the UK or Pakistan) applying for 1st Pakistan Passport, his/her application will be referred for National Status verification to the security Agency in Pakistan. Passport will be issued after verification from the security agency in Pakistan.
  7. Case to case basis more documents may be required from the applicant.

c.     Minors Below 18 born in the UK Renewal /1st Time.

  1. Original & Photocopy Detailed Full Birth Certificate both parent’s names on it.
  2. Original and Photocopy of Latest Pakistani Passport (if issued).
  3. Original and Photocopy of valid Nadra Card.
  4. Original & Photocopy British Passport of the applicant.
  5. Original & photocopy of valid Passports & ID cards of both parents. and UK Valid Visa E-visa print out with all details on it included status expiry date of visa,
  6. Minors under 18 are required to be accompanied by both of the parents.
  7. Note: Please bring all the original & valid documents along with the Photocopies of all documents for processing of Passport for your children, there should be separate sets for all children.
  8. In case parents are separated or divorced, the custodian father or mother is required to produce court orders confirming his/her legal right of custody of the child / Consent required if any parent is out of the country Attested by the Pakistan Foreign office / Embassy of Pakistan n case of residing abroad.
  9. in case of the separation/divorce of the parents, at least a single parent should be present at the time of processing of the passport application of the Minors/Below the age of 18 years, along with the court orders for issuance of the children Passports in favour of the single parent Mother/Father under the custody of that single parent, or any mutual agreement between the separated parents regarding the custody of the children and taking the children outside of jurisdiction duly attested by the concern authorities
  10. Case to case basis more documents may be required from the applicant.

D.     Minors below 18 born in Pakistan (Renewal)

  1. Original and Photocopy of Latest Pakistani Passport of 1st two pages. (Police Report if Passport lost please read category C above plus documents mentioned below).
  2. Original Valid Nadra Card with one photocopy. Under 10 years old (Born in Pakistan) may still use CRC Original with one photocopy
  3. Original & Photocopy of Valid Passports & ID cards of both the Parents
  4. Minors under 18 are required to be accompanied by both of the parents.
  5. Original & Photocopy British Passport of the applicant
  6. In case applicant is not holding /entitled British Passport then UK Valid Visa ( E-visa  print out with all details on it included status expiry  date of visa).
  7. .      Loss of Pakistan Passport.

  1. Photocopy of lost Pakistan Passport is compulsory.
  2. If an applicant had a manual (handwritten) Passport, new passport only be issued to the Manual (handwritten) Lost Passport after the verification of Lost Passport from the Issuing authority in Pakistan or Abroad
  3. Original Valid NADRA Card (NICOP) with one photocopy. In case Nadra Card expired /misplaced please renew Nadra card before applying for passport.
  4. UK Valid Visa (E-visa  print out with all details on it included status expiry  date of visa).
  5. Dual Nationals are required to bring their British or any other dual nationality passport along with its photocopy.

All Fees mentioned above included £3.50 bank surcharge per application being charged for consular services at Pakistan High Commission in London and its Consulates in other cities.

Above-mentioned delivery times are estimated. Some deliveries may be delayed due to particular application circumstances.

We do offer passports with 72 pages for frequent travellers (additional charges will apply). Please INFORM MRP Incharge if you need one of these passports.

Applicants with physical Challenges (disabilities) or special needs are advised to contact on (passport.bradford@gmail.com) before booking of their appointments for consular services. The Consulate will accommodate them with specific allocated date and time.

The Consulate also offers wheelchair facilities to those in need. If and when required, please contact a member of staff for assistance.

  1. Machine Readable Passport (MRP) application processing requirements are different for adults and children. Please go through the relevant section carefully before visiting the Pakistan Consulate Bradford for processing of your MRP application as all documents listed under each category are mandatory and our staff will not be able to process your application if the requirements are not fully met.
  2. Applicants DO NOT need any application forms or photographs for MRP applications as it is done by MRP staff during the application process.
  3. Those, whose applied Passport applications online, are rejected due to BIOmetrics or any other reasons and want to get Passport from Pakistan Consulate Bradford, should get an online appointment and are requested to please bring the online system letter for cancellation of your online application along with the fee utilization letter from online section.
  4. The application will be processed subject to depositing any difference of fee.
  5. It is mandatory to renew your Pakistan Passport, if it is expiring within six months.
  6. For any kind of modification/Changes in your passport, please 1st make your Nadra Card from NADRA section and then apply for Pakistan Passport along with the revised Nadra Card after getting an online appointment.

  8. On your arrival at ground floor/Main Hall, please proceed/go to Counter for checking of documents. If documents are complete, New token number will be issued and a bank voucher will be issued for fee payment.
  9. Deposit the required Fee at the UBL payment digital Machine (Cash or Card)
  10. After fee payment, wait in the hall on the ground floor for the token to be displayed on screen for   digital photograph and fingerprint capturing at Counter 1.
  11. Data entry will be done at Counter 2 according to NADRA records.
  12. You will be interviewed by an MRP Officer and a collection date will be given at the end of the process.
  13.                    Those whose online Passport applications are rejected due to Biometrics or any other reasons and want to get Passport from Bradford Consulate should get an online appointment and are requested to please bring print out the online system letter for cancellation of your online application letter along with the fee utilization letter from online section (print out). The application will be processed subject to depositing any difference of fee.
