Appointment Guidelines.

Applicants must book appointments only in their own name and with their date of birth exactly as stated on their valid NICOP card or passport.  Travel agents, relative or any third party must NOT book appointments for another applicant.

The Consulate General will closely monitor the appointment system. Any misuse, including repeated no-shows, excessive bookings may result in the blocking of the relevant IP address and restriction from future appointment bookings.

All applicants are requested to use the system responsibly and ensure that appointments remain available for those who genuinely require Consular services. Applicant  appointment particulars  (Name, DOB, Address, telephone number and  email etc ) must be matched  with documents , otherwise appointment would be considered invalid/cancelled , appointment can not switch to any other category. Proof of address is required for verification.

• Applicants planning to visit Bradford Consulate office need to book an appointment prior to their visit for processing of Pakistan Passport, NICOP and Attestation services.
• We strongly advised/recommended the applicant to book an appointment his/herself on the website  Appointment can not be booked by email /telephone.  
•  Passport , Nadra Card & Attestation  New appointment slots available/released 2.00PM sharp for the following working day.  (Note. Appointments will not be available on Friday & Saturday.)

 Minors under 18  applying for Pakistan Passport are required to be accompanied by both of the parents.

3. Please bring UK valid Visa /UK Valid  E-visa  print out with all details on it included status expiry  date of visa.
