(Applicant  appointment particulars  (Name, DOB, Address, Post Code telephone number and  email etc ) must be matched  with documents , otherwise appointment would be considered invalid/cancelled, appointment can not switch to any other category. Proof of address is required for verification.)

2. Minors under 18  applying for Pakistan Passport are required to be accompanied by both of the parents.

3. Please bring UK valid Visa /UK Valid  E-visa  print out with all details on it included status expiry  date of visa.
